Each product lists its included formats on the product page. Common formats include SVG, AI, EPS, PNG, and PDF for design assets. Template packs often include Figma and Canva files. Brand kits include all of the above plus typography guides and brand guideline PDFs.

After completing your purchase through Stripe, you'll receive an email with a download link. The link is valid for 30 days and allows multiple downloads. If you have any issues accessing your files, email us and we'll send a fresh link.

Yes. All MintMade digital products come with a commercial license. You can use them for client work, your own business, or any commercial project. The only restriction is you can't resell or redistribute the raw template files as your own product.

Print-on-demand products are made to order after you purchase. Production takes 3-5 business days, then shipping adds 2-7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. We ship worldwide.

Total delivery time is typically 5-12 business days (production + shipping). Domestic US orders usually arrive in 5-8 business days. International orders may take up to 15 business days. Holiday seasons may add 1-3 extra days.

We only use premium print partners. Posters are printed on museum-quality heavyweight matte paper with archival inks. Tote bags use 12oz organic cotton canvas with reinforced stitching. Every product is quality-checked before shipping.

We process payments through Stripe, which supports all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and various local payment methods depending on your region.

Absolutely. We never see or store your card details. All payments are processed through Stripe, which is PCI Level 1 certified (the highest level of security certification). Your financial data goes directly to Stripe's encrypted servers.

Digital products are non-refundable since files can be copied after download. Physical (POD) products come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for quality issues. See our full Return & Refund Policy for details.

We're currently focused on our product catalog and don't offer bespoke design services. However, our brand kits and templates are highly customizable. If you need something specific that doesn't exist in our shop, drop us a note at hello@mintmade.polsia.app and we'll consider it for a future product.
