All digital product sales (templates, brand kits, design assets) are final. Because digital files can be copied instantly after download, we cannot offer refunds on digital purchases.
However — if you receive corrupted files, missing assets, or the product doesn't match the description, contact us and we'll make it right. We stand behind the quality of every product.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your physical products. Our print-on-demand items come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
- Damaged or defective items: full replacement or refund
- Wrong item received: full replacement shipped at no cost
- Quality concerns: contact us with photos and we'll work with you
- Size exchanges available within 30 days (customer covers return shipping)
Print-on-demand items are made to order, so we can't accept returns for change of mind. But if there's a quality issue, we've got you covered.
